Leslie Willcocks
London School of Economics and Political Science
Professor of Technology Work and Globalisation
Leslie is internationally recognised for his work on digital business, global management, outsourcing, organisational change and automation and the future of work. His most recent books are Service Automation, Robots and The Future of Work and Robotic Process Automation and Risk Mitigation: The Definitive Guide. A limited number of signed copies will be available at the conference. From his research Leslie will argue that the future of automation and work is much more complex and nuanced than is presented in the media and by most reports. The dominant narratives will lead to mistaken government, organisation and personal policies and decisions. Better navigation through future risks is needed.
